A journey through fitness

One of the main reasons I started this blog was to connect with other mums.

After having my second child, Julian, I found it more difficult to connect with other mums.
It was like a ‘First time Mums Only’ club out there in the real world. It felt kind of lonely, so I
turned my blog & Podcast into a way I could reach out and chat
about the whirlwind, wonderful experience that is motherhood.

The Kind Mum is all about Self-Care & Motherhood.

I am a huge believer in taking care of yourslef. I mean, if you’re not doing great then no-one is doing great right? 
Taking time for yourslef is so important. And it hasn’t always been easy for me. It took a good few months of dealing with Post-Natal Anxiety after Julian was born to really give me the kick in the ass that i needed to get my shit into gear. 

I’m ready to share my experiences with you & create a community of Mums with passion & drive to make our lives the BEST LIFE EVER!
